Who I Am
Who is Rick Upshaw, and why should you care? What kind of man is he, and why should you consider working with him or getting to know him? The answers to these questions may not be what you think.
I know that when a lot of people think about “Who I Am”, they tend to answer the question by telling people about the kind of work they do, or maybe about their position in a company or some other type of organization. In the process of my own journey of personal growth, I’ve come to realize that this line of thinking is a pretty shallow one. What I do for a living or how much money I have has nothing to do with who I am, so I won’t be addressing the answers to those questions in this section, although I might touch on them slightly in what I write below in the context of describing who I am.
