Consulting By Rick Upshaw

Consulting is actually how Rick Upshaw spends most of his professional time.  It is also the service he enjoys providing the most.

Rick Upshaw provides consulting services on a wide variety of subjects, most of which are centered around slashing costs while at the same time increasing revenue, thereby maximizing and optimizing profitability usually by at least 20% in the first year alone, and that’s after his fees! He works closely with his clients to come up with realistic but attainable goals, and then stands behind his work with rock-solid guarantees, ensuring that the investment his clients make in his services will produce the expected R. O. I.

As a consultant, Rick Upshaw and his team can and do help clients of all sizes achieve their goals.  Adjusting his services offerings based on the needs of each specific client is not a problem at all.

Consulting can be provided on topics such as:

• Lead generation
• Drastically slashing marketing costs while increasing productivity
• Drastically slashing administrative labor costs while maintaining or even increasing productivity, quality, etc.
• Cutting operating overhead using the latest in technology and operating procedures designed to cost less and produce more

Consulting services can include:

• Training your team
• Program and/or operations management (overseeing your team and/or operation to ensure maximum productivity)
• Simply providing the services you need for you rather than you trying to implement the work in-house

Projects are billed on a project basis, based on previously agreed-upon terms and outcomes. Fees usually include a flat fee, a percentage of resulting revenues, and/or a retainer.  For hourly consultation on a case-by-case basis, Mr. Upshaw charges $300 per hour, payable in advance on a retainer basis.
